Membership and Joining Issues - Zombaio システムエラーの解決策
Hello everyone,
we've noticed for a few weeks some glitches with Zombaio, the billing company we currently use. Unfortunately, since they upgraded their system we've received a number of complaints from our members, about Zombiao cancelling membership instead of continuing rolling membership, sending the wrong passwords and also rejecting the credit cards of new members who want to join.
There haven't been a lot of these problems, but we aren't satisfied if there is even one problem. So basically we are giving them one last chance to sort themselves out or else we will switch over to our alternative billing company, CCBill.
The problems haven't been to do with charges, fees or anything like that so don't worry about security. It's just been membership, passwords and joining, but of course this is a huge pain in the arse for the members and fans who've had these problems.
Sorry to all of you who have been inconvenienced by this. Many people are signing up fine and most members are unaffected. But still, we're pissed off. We're considering offering a choice of billing companies for you to sign up with, if Zombaio rejects your card or whatever. Please watch this space guys.
We're on the case and will report the progress here on the blog.

ZOMBAIOペイメントが6月に決済代行システムを更新して以来、彼らは実にたくさんの

継続決済が30日後に行われないため、USERNAME,PASSWORDが突然効かなくなり、ログインできなくなる
新規入会をしようとしてもクレジットカードを拒否され入会できない
ZOMBAIOサポートにログインできない、という問い合わせをしても彼ら自身もシステムの不具合をつかめて
いないので、いきなり返金処理をしたり、われわれアカウントホルダーに対して
ログインできないメンバーがいるので警告します
と見当違いの警告を発したり、かなり混乱しています。
ログイントラブルに関してはurabukkake.comのサポートに直接ご連絡ください。
今週から再度のシステムメンテナンスをしてますが、予告をしていないので
入会のできないお客様が発生しており、それには入会をお待ちいただくよう
ご案内しております。
彼らのシステムが不安定な状態なので、
改善ができていないようなら以前単純化のために非表示にしたCCBILLを
サインアップページに再度リンクいたします。
お客様におかれましては、ZOMBAIOで決済ができない、または
CCBILLを好まれる方はCCBILL決済を選択できるよういたします。
継続決済についても、ご希望の方はZOMBAIOから割引を維持したまま
移行できるようテクニカルと打ち合わせをしております。
これらの問題処理についてはZOMBAIOはアナウンスをする余裕を失っているため、
当ブログ上で随時お知らせします。
その間にもログインやサインアップについて問題の起きたかたは、

Hi Ringworm, this was fixed a long time ago and I believe we posted this on the blog. We currently use Zombaio only and not CCBill and Zombaio is causing no problems now. We have noticed a higher card reject rate but unfortunately this is beyond our control. I do not understand why your card is being rejected (if that is still the case). Please contact Zombaio Billing Support to query, or alternatively, try another card.

il get a new card at the end of the month il try again at that time

my new card got declined and i called the bank they say there is no problem at all its activated and so on and zombaio gave me a standard email when i said what was wrong etc and told em it had to be on their side so the supportive side from them is non excisting

right ive tried 3 diffrent cards now and it still doesnt work ive tried 2 visas and 1 mastercard i still get the same problem
