we’d just like to clarify what is going on with the JCB payment option. The secure sign up page is not controlled by us but by our billing company Zombaio and until recently they were able to accept JCB. Unfortunately we’ve been told that they are temporarily unable to accept JCB as they are shifting acquiring banks. We are told they are seeking to reinstate JCB to the secure sign up page. Naturally we’ve been chasing them and will try to get this back up as soon as possible. We haven’t been given any timeline on when this will happen but we are assured they are working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience guys.

サインアップにJCBカードが使えなくなっているトラブルですが、
ZOMBAIO社はクレジットカードの扱いを複数の銀行に委託しており、
その中のJCBカードを委託していた銀行がJCBカードの扱いを停止してしまったために
現在お取り扱いが出来なくなっております。
zombaio社が別の取引銀行を見つけて提携するまでしばらくお待ちください。
決済会社と銀行との提携の話ですのでいつまでかかるかはわかりません。
提携銀行情報を決済会社がweb側に教えてくれること自体が
大変珍しいことですので、これ以上当社からは問い合わせが出来ません。
クレジット決済に関するご質問はurabukkake.comのシステムではありませんので
お客様からいただいた質問をそのままzombaioに転送しております。
