unfortunately it seems our billing company, Zombaio, had a problem with their system which affected some of our members. Renewal of some of our memberships from the 21st June did not occur. We were not aware of the issue until very recently and have taken steps to ensure that Zombaio immediately fix the problem. They have restored the accounts of most of the members affected but there are still a few that are being fixed as I type this.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, which was totally out of our hands, and are told that all memberships should be restored within 24 hours. If this affects you we are deeply sorry about this. Please bear with us whilst Zombaio conducts their maintenance. This never happened before and we don’t expect this issue to continue nor happen again and are fighting to ensure that this is not repeated. The vast majority of members should not have noticed any problems and will not be affected.
